Business Forum Group leadership conferences are known for world-class content and an extraordinary customer experience! Much of this is due to our top-notch speaker lineup, which has included President Barack Obama, Sir Richard Branson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Brené Brown, Simon Sinek, Jim Collins, Amy Edmondson and Arianna Huffington. Needless to say, we focus on quality and delivering value in everything we do.
We love to have fun and we are serious about our mission to build leaders who change the world. Our customer base includes executives and business leaders from over 50 countries. We operate in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, and Estonia. Currently, we are growing our sales team to drive ticket and live stream license sales for our new (yet to be published) flagship event in the Netherlands, the Amsterdam Business Forum.

A-players may be hard to come by, but we believe in the impossible.
We are looking for someone who is:
An energetic, goal-oriented sales superstar who is comfortable working with targets (both performance and results)
A high-performer who is dedicated to continuous learning
Experienced, with proven success in B2B or B2C telesales, including cold calling, prospecting, and lead nurturing. This one is important! Our standard is 75 calls per week per person.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset (no micromanaging here!)
A team player with positive attitude
Fluent in Dutch and English

Here’s what we can offer you in return:

Commissions and bonuses. These extras are paid on top of your base salary, based on your performance.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Jyväskylä, Finland.
