Nordic Business Forum leadership conferences are known for world-class content and high-quality customer service – amounting to a pretty fabulous customer experience! Much of this is due to our top-notch speaker lineup, which has included President Barack Obama, Sir Richard Branson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Will Smith, Simon Sinek and Arianna Huffington. Needless to say, we focus on quality and delivering value in everything we do.
We love to have fun and we are serious about our mission to build leaders who change the world. Our customer base includes executives and business leaders from over 40 countries. We operate in Finland, Norway, Netherlands, and Estonia. Currently, we are growing our sales team to drive ticket and live stream license sales for our flagship Finnish event.

A-players may be hard to come by, but we believe in the impossible.
We are looking for someone who is:
An energetic, goal-oriented sales superstar who is comfortable working with targets (both performance and results)
A high-performer who is dedicated to continuous learning
Has proven success in B2B or B2C telesales, including cold calling, prospecting, and lead nurturing. This one is important! Our standard is 75 calls per week per person.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset (no micromanaging here!)
A team player with positive attitude
Fluent in Estonian and English, knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage

Here’s what we can offer you in return:

Full onboarding training. During your first two weeks with us, you will spend your time learning about our company, values, sales process, and more. We will give you the tools that you need to succeed.

Commissions and bonuses. These extras are paid on top of your base salary (2000€ per month), based on your performance.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Tallinn or in Jyväskylä. Preferably you would start in January 2022.
